At PARIZÙ, we join forces with Michelin‑starred chef friends in a unique project to support those in need, crafting extra-ordinary limited‑edition dishes that become a real gesture of help.
Each special recipe will be available on the PARIZÙ menu for a limited time, and all proceeds will support associations that work every day for local communities.

From November 24, 2025 to February 28, 2026, enjoy the “Ravioli filled beef with butternut squash royale and capers” created by chef Antonio Guida (two Michelin stars), and become part of an important act of solidarity. 
All proceeds from the sale of this dish will be donated to L'abilità Onlus, an association that for over 25 years has supported children with disabilities and their families, promoting inclusion, education, and rehabilitation.
